How about other features like Contact Center/ACD, call recording, analytics /reporting etc.?.What about integrating into GSuite or Office 365? Are you using either? And if so are you Skype/Teams users?.What CRM do you need to integrate? You listed a few but of the main ones but what do you need? Is NOT software only solution like AirCall for example.Can port numbers from most of above locations.Integrates with CRM systems (Salesforce, FreshSales, ZohoCRM) **out of box OR free integration.Ideally - does not have an overseas call centre (and definitely not in the Philippines). All these locations OR as many as possible. Offers Global coverage in Brazil, Argentina, USA, Canada, UK, France, Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, Romania, UAE, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, HongKong, South Africa and Russia.We're now looking for alternatives, any recommendation for a VOIP provider which meets below criteria will be great help. We recently signed up with RingCentral and cancelled immediately due to a number of issues that would question the RingCentral's integrity as a company and their reviews seem to echo what we experienced.
